What You’ll Do
- Support managers with HR processes and compliance.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts.
- Coordinate and drive health and safety efforts with the operations team.
- Foster employee engagement through events and initiatives.
- Handle payroll administration.
What We’re Looking For
- HR experience (5+ years) and a passion for people.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of labor laws and safety standards.

SALARY: $70,000 - $100,000/yr
