  • Welder

     

    • Setting up and aligning components using measuring tools (calipers, rulers, etc.),

    • Wire feed welding components in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)

    • Using manual or semi-automatic equipment.

     

  • CNC Machinist/Mill Operator

     

    • Setting up and operating various CNC or manual machines.

    • Inspecting completed parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc).

    • Programming machine & following blueprints and bills of materials.

  • Mechanical Project Engineer

    The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, conceptualizing and creating mechanical designs for a wide range of machines and equipment. This includes creating, modifying and reviewing technical drawings and specifications using computer software, performing engineering calculations to support design work, performing testing and validation of new designs, and creating detailed documentation to track project development and design process.

  • Robotic Welder Operator

    • Operate weld equipment as directed by supervisor.
    • Setup and operate various robotic weld programs

     

  • General Laborer

    This position is responsible for transporting parts and components to various work areas, operating a grinder and/or sander to remove slag from parts and components, general housekeeping, etc.

  • Final Assembler

    This position is responsible for assembling various components on SERCO loaders and grapples, along with travelling to dealer locations for training on servicing and maintaining equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot and excellent customer service skills.

  • Warehouse Associate

    This position is responsible for unloading, unboxing and delivering parts to designated locations. Ensuring quality and accuracy of deliveries. Maintain appropriate paperwork in data entry system.  Cycle Count core components weekly. Transporting materials, supplies, and finished products as needed per production staff to increase output and flow on shop floor.

  • Robotic Weld Specialist

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of robot programming and manual welding.
